    Operations Management pertains to the day-to-day functions required to maintain IT service delivery. Operations uses the discussed processes to perform many of the tasks. Operations Management includes enterprise-wide monitoring and measuring. It also includes defining, documenting and first level analysis of all incidents that may affect service delivery.
